The Jenkins Centre offers a 24 week programme that helps people using abusive behaviour in their relationships make changes. We work with our clients to find the best ways to support them to change their thought process, behaviour and responses to others. This is done by using a psycho-educational approach using CBT techniques in a group setting. The Jenkins Centre also offers one to one work in particular circumstances.
The Jenkins Centre offers a confidential partner support service to the partners and ex-partners of those attending the Jenkins Centre Interventios service. Partner support is done on a one to one basis, and is tailored to the individual.
The YP Project works with young people aged 10 to 18 who are using violence and abuse to their parents or caregivers or in their own intimate partner relationships. This is done by using various approaches including the Respect Young People's Programme, the Respect young People's Toolkit and Bespoke Interventions designed specifically to suit the individual. Young people are seen at home, at school or in various places that are suitable them.
