Job title: Project Administrator

Scale: NJC scale 19   – 5 £ £17,802 (pro-rota) 3% employer’s contribution 

Responsible to: The Jenkins Centre – Service Manager  and/or Senior Practitioner.

Hours Part time post: 20 hours- contract till March  2020 with the possibility of extension.


Main purposes of the post

  1. To provide efficient and effective administrative support to The Jenkins Centre team.
  2. To undertake administrative tasks      associated with meetings, appointments and correspondence, client need and monitoring (inc. booking rooms, arranging appointments, taking and      distributing minutes, receiving phone calls, clients and visitors, taking referrals over the phone and inputting data to various systems)
  3. To assist with monitoring and  evaluation of the project.
  4. To input referrals received onto various systems, and ensure the referrals are complete and all required data is inputted.
  5. To support in the preparation for group delivery, training delivery and other organisational requirements.
  6. To complete the administration for  the CARA project and liaise with the Hampton Trust as required, and to support the delivery of CARA on some Saturdays.

Job title: Partner Support Assistant

Scale: NJC scale 22   – 5 £ £19,621 (pro-rota) 3% employer’s contribution 

Responsible to: The Jenkins Centre – Service Manager and/or Senior Practitioner.

Hours: Part time post: 15 hours- contract till March  2020 with the possibility of extension.


Main purposes of the post

  1. To provide efficient and effective administrative  support to The Jenkins Centre partner support service.
  2. To undertake administrative tasks associated with meetings, appointments and correspondence, client need and monitoring (inc. booking rooms, arranging appointments, taking and distributing minutes, receiving phone calls, clients and visitors, taking referrals over the phone and inputting data to various systems)
  3. To assist with monitoring and evaluation of the project.
  4. To input referrals received onto various systems, and ensure the referrals are complete and all required data is inputted.
  5. To support in the preparation for victim/survivor group delivery, training delivery and other organisational requirements.
  6. To support victims and survivors of the perpetrators that are engaged on our Jenkins Centre under the supervision of the Senior Practitioner.
  7. To manage a case list of low- medium risk clients.

Sessional Recruitment - Rolling Recruitment

Sessional Group Intervention Workers 

Salary: £15 per hour 

Hours: Sessional as and when required on a Tuesday and Thursday Evening 5-9pm 

For this post you will be required to co-facilitate group work on a Domestic Violence Perpetrator Programme. 

Essential Requirements: Experience of delivering group work, in-depth understanding of Domestic Violence and a commitment to anti-discriminatory practice.
